A plague-infested hero with putrid powers. His attacks and abilities are infested with a foul contagion that exhausts enemies. His natural mobility and durability make him a slippery opponent. He is excellent in extended fights and works best when working with heroes who he can power-up.
Q – Plague Harpoon: Launches a harpoon that pulls the first unit hit back to the Boilmaster. The harpoon deals 90/120/150/180/210 + (125% agility) damage and stuns the target for 1 second. 100 mana cost. 20/18/16/14/12 second cooldown.
W – Slip and Slide: The hero ducks and zips a short distance, moving through units and terrain. 50/40/30/20/10 mana cost. 6/5/4/3/2 second cooldown.
E – Rot Touch: The hero sprints, gaining 12/18/24/30/36% movement speed for 2 seconds. His next attack within this time shreds armor by 5/6/7/8/9 for 3 seconds. 6 second cooldown. 75 mana cost.
R – Warts and Boils: Two part passive ability. The hero starts with this ability.
Boils: Each attack deals 5/10/15/20 + 10% agility damage and lowers the cooldown of Plague Harpoon - [Q] by 1 second (.25 for non-heroes) each second for 3 seconds.
Warts: When the hero takes damage that would reduce him to 75%, 50% and 25% hit points, he releases a toxic cloud and refreshes the cooldown of his W – Slip and Slide. The toxic cloud deals 50/100/150/200 + (25/50/75/100% strength) damage.
