2025 Summer Cup

Best of 3 elimination tournament featuring:

• MonSoon Gaming (Jon, Mike)

• Fat DoBby (Griffin, Sasha)

Match Format:

• Side is determined via coinflip. Winner chooses. 

• Teams utilize the Hero Draft. Heroes that have already been picked are banned for the rest of the match.

• The losing team then gets to choose their side, and draft begins again for the next game.

• The match is decided when one team wins two games.

Rules:

• Be Honest (screen-peeking, attack-canceling, item sharing).

• Be Courteous (no raging, flaming, or any other bad-manner display).

• Be Sportsmanlike:

  • At the end of the match, shake hands and congratulate the victors!

  • Compete with the intent to win!

The winning team of the final match are the 2025 Summer KBBA Cup Champions! They receive the Trophy and bragging rights!

2025 Winter Cup

Best of 3 elimination tournament.

Side is determined via coinflip. Winner chooses. 

Both sides get to blind ban 1 hero, and 1 backup hero. If the blind ban matches, both backup bans are enacted as well. Heroes that have already been picked are banned for the rest of the match.

Then, players pick heroes. Left side, right side, left side, right side. 

The losing team then gets to choose their side, two heroes to ban for the next match, and pick first and last. This has the potential to create dominant matches and can lead to interesting strategies for the draft. Minimum, each team will have this advantage to use before losing a match.

At the end of the elimination bracket, two teams will remain. These teams will face off in a final best of 3 match using the same rules. 

The winning team of the final match are the 2025 Winter KBBA Cup Champions! They receive the Trophy and bragging rights!
